Shipping policy

1. Delivery Timelines

We process and ship orders daily, from Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Once your order is processed, expected delivery times are as follows:

• Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, & Canal Zone: Delivered within 24-48hours from pickup.

• Other Governorates: Delivered within 48-72hours.
• Far Destinations & Coastal Cities (e.g., Upper Egypt, Red Sea, Matruh, Sharm El Sheikh): Delivered within 2 to 4 days .

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. All shipping rates shown at checkout are inclusive of standard local taxes.

3. Delivery Attempts & Package Inspection

• Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partner makes up to three (3) delivery attempts to hand over your package. If a package cannot be delivered after three attempts, it will be automatically classified as a return-to-origin (RTO), and return shipping fees may apply.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched, containing your official courier tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's live status directly through our courier's network.
